We offer a nationwide sample collection service to all our customers. We have refrigerated vans on the road collecting samples at domestic dwellings as well as nursing homes, hotels, factories, water and wastewater treatment plants.

Just contact us and we can arrange for one of our vans to travel to your location and collect your sample. We will then ensure that the sample is transported under chilled conditions to our laboratory on the same day.

Our sampling engineers will have a chain of custody form which they fill out and then return the samples to the laboratory. Once received at the laboratory, the chain of custody is co-signed by the sample reception dept. before being logged into the bespoke Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This chain of custody form ensures the integrity of the samples and determines the person responsible for them at any point in time.
